1. Operator

DigiBit Games is operated by Jean-Sebastien Kubiak (DIGIBIT Games), Hermetschloostrasse 77, 8048, Zurich, Suisse. Contact: hello@digibitgames.com.

2. Account

To play, you only need to enter your email address: an account is created with 100 free credits, once per person. Until you set a password, anyone who knows your email can use this account. A password is required to buy credits.

3. Credits

Credits can only be used to start games on DigiBit Games. One game costs one credit, charged when it starts. Credits have no monetary value: they cannot be refunded, exchanged for money, goods or prizes, or transferred. The daily bonus and the weekly ranking only award credits, under the same rules.

4. Buying credits

Packs are paid in Swiss francs through Stripe (card or TWINT). Credits are added as soon as the payment is confirmed. DigiBit Games never sees or stores your card details.

5. Conduct

Any tampering with scores or the credit system may lead to the removal of the scores involved or the closure of the account. Offensive usernames may be changed or removed.

6. Personal data

We keep your email, username, credit history and scores, only to run the service. Your username and best scores are public on leaderboards, your email never is. You can ask for your account to be deleted at hello@digibitgames.com.

7. Governing law

Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction: Zurich, Suisse.
